  • Tutu Boutique accepts the following forms of payments: PayPal, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard credit cards.
  • If your payment has been declined, then you’ll need to place your order again. We’re not able to reinstate an order once the
    payment has been declined.
  • In case you receive a faulty item, we want to sort it out straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer
    Care (at: tutu.fashionboutique@gmail.com) and follow the return instructions under Returns and refunds.
  • Tutu Boutique is not responsible in case the item you order is not in stock. In case the item you have ordered is not in stock,
    our customer care will contact you and will make sure you will revive an alternative item or receive a full refund.
  • Tutu Boutique is not responsible in case the order details, including address are not updated correctly. As we start working on
    your order immediately, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

In our shipping, we use the Israelite postal office services (or subsidiaries), and thus act according to the Israelite postal office policies and is not responsible for any default, delay or lost by done/caused by the shipping company. Tutu Boutique is also not responsible in cases of lost, stolen or damaged packages once they’ve been sent.

UNCLAIMED DELIVERY

If the package is sent back to us due to wrong address \ no one was available to claim it, we can send it to you again with an additional cost for the new shipping.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES

  • All international packages are subject to customs and we have no control over the length of time customs may
    keep your package.
  • All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and not Tutu Boutique.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • We take great care to ensure our products fit well and welcome you to try on your purchase in the comfort of your home.
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at tutu.fashionboutique@gmail.com within 2 weeks of
    delivery, in your email please share the following details:
  • Your name and order details
  • The product/s you are returning
  • The reason for returning the product
  • In case you are interested in exchange, please confirm what size you would like the product exchanged for

Once we receive your request, we will reply back (within 24 hours) with a confirmation that we have receive your request.
This applies also in cases you receive a faulty item.

EASY STEP BY STEP RETURN GUIDELINES

1. Fill out your return form on your packing list and place it in a securely sealed shipping container.
2. Make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured and affix your shipping label.
3. To track the returned package, the tracking number should be sent to the customer service email to
tutu.fashionboutique@gmail.com.

Please ship the items within 14 days of delivery in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unused)

  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging in its original condition, including the protective hygiene seal for the swimwear.
  • Purchased items can only be exchanged for a different size or in case the item is faulty. Should you prefer an alternative
    style or color, please return your item and purchase the new piece separately.
  • Exchanges are based on availability, in case you wish to exchange an item due to a wrong size you will be charged the
    costs of tIn case you exchange a faulty item it will be shipped back to you free of charge.

  • In case you exchange a faulty item it will be shipped back to you free of charge.
  • In case you return an item that was sold in sale/reduced price, you will receive a refund (according to the conditions

  • In the exact amount of your purchase and not in the amount of the original price.
  • You will receive a full refund for the item (not including shipping costs), within 14 business days to the original form of
    payment after we receive the return items back to us. The refund will be given only in case the item is returned unworn,
    unwashed, in their original condition and packaging
  • Tutu Boutique has the right to deny a return if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
